Instructions: Use the 4 Wheeler Stripe paper as the background paper. Cut your picture to any size rectangle that will look good on the page. Lightly pencil around the picture to see which parts of the background paper you will cut to overlap the picture. Cut only from inside the pencil marks, to the pencil border, creating flaps to lay over the photo. Erase the pencil marks, place the photo under the flaps, glue and you're done! Note - This could also be done with 2 sheets of the 4 Wheeler Stripe paper, cutting the entire rectangle piece to overlap the photo and gluing it on. |
